Codes of Conduct

In Islam, the masjid is a sacred space dedicated to the worship of Allah (swt), learning, reflection, and community unity. Allah reminds us to honour His houses and to conduct ourselves with respect, dignity, good character (adab), and consideration for others.

At Iqra Academy, we ask all visitors, worshippers, and community members to uphold these Islamic values by respecting the sanctity of the masjid, the safety of all who attend, and the responsibilities of those entrusted with its care. These Codes of Conduct are in place to ensure the masjid remains a peaceful, welcoming, and well-organised environment for everyone.
