A fun, non-contact kickboxing/thai boxing style fitness session for women of all levels.
These women-only classes focus on learning kickboxing techniques, together with cardio, strength, and overall wellbeing in a safe and welcoming environment with a qualified female instructor with 13 years experience.
Suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise, the sessions are energetic, supportive, and designed to help you feel stronger and bust your stress!
No experience or own equipment is needed — just come along, move at your own pace, and enjoy a community-focused workout. Minimum age for younger girls 8-9 y/o+.
